I have tried to reach Alice on many occassions. She is always "in a meeting" and she never returns phone calls - ever!
ReplyDeleteAlice does have a lot of meetings, doesn't she?? And funny how all these meetings till have yet to increase her knowledge of anything shelter related.
ReplyDeleteShe doesn't even know what services the shelter offers.
There is NO cutomer service at the LVHS!
